Elizabeth Hartley BSc, MSc, BPS, BACP

Psychotherapist and Master Coach guiding women to reconnect with their purpose.

I’ve spent decades exploring what truly supports people to heal, grow, and thrive. Along the way, I’ve discovered that transformation isn’t about forcing change — it’s about creating the space for insight, self-compassion, and embodied wisdom to emerge.

My own personal development journey taught me the power of breathwork, nervous system regulation, and mindful presence. These tools became the foundation of my work, allowing me to guide women and coaches alike to reconnect with their inner clarity, resilience, and confidence.

“I know what it feels like to stand at a crossroads — uncertain, overwhelmed, or ready for something more.
That’s why my work is deeply human, practical, and heart-led: I help you move from where you are to the life you truly want, with support every step of the way.”

“Whether you come to me for personal therapy, coaching, or professional training, my intention is the same — to help you feel more aligned with who you truly are.”

Qualifications, accreditations and experience

I trained in Psychotherapy at the University of Kent on a British Psychological Society approved graduate training programme, and then continued to Master of Science postgraduate study.

I’m an accredited member of the British Psychological Society, a BPS approved supervisor, and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy; and a qualified mBIT Coach and trainer.

I find it really fulfilling to work as a psychotherapist, coach and trainer, to help clients realise their personal and professional goals.
