The Clinic

A space to pause, understand what’s happening and find your way forward.

Therapy gives you space to stop, think and be heard

Sometimes life reaches a point where you know something needs to change, and yet you’re not quite sure what that change looks like.

You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself or simply tired of trying to work everything out on your own.

You don’t have to have all the answers before you begin

I offer one to one psychotherapy in-person, creating a confidential space where we can explore what is happening for you, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and begin to find a way forward that feels right for you.

Together, we can explore the things that are troubling you, your relationships, the choices you are facing and the parts of your life that no longer feel right.

Therapy for real life

You might be:

  • struggling with your sense of self

  • finding relationships difficult or confusing

  • emotionally exhausted

  • questioning what you really want

  • finding it difficult to make decisions

  • wanting to understand yourself better.

Your first step - I begin with an initial three- session assessment. This gives us time to understand what brings you to therapy, what you would like to change and whether working together feels right. There is no pressure to commit beyond these first sessions.

What do I want to make possible?

When we are faced with a decision, it is easy to become caught up in what we have to do.

I prefer to begin by stepping back and asking:

What do I want to make possible?

This shifts our attention from simply responding to what is happening towards considering the outcome we want to move towards.

What does the research
say about mBIT?

There is a growing body of research into the relationship between the brain, body, emotion and decision-making.

Why this matters

For me, the value of this work is practical application.

Sometimes we know what makes logical sense but cannot bring ourselves to act.

Sometimes our emotions are telling us something our thinking has overlooked.

Sometimes we have a strong instinct but cannot explain it.

And sometimes our head, heart and gut seem to be pulling us in completely different directions.

Coaching creates space to explore these different perspectives.

Think clearly.

Feel what matters.

Listen within.

Then make a decision that feels more considered.
